Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, we welcome walk-ins when availability allows. To guarantee your spot, we recommend booking in advance.
How can I reschedule?
Rescheduling: Clients are permitted one reschedule per booking. You can reschedule easily by contacting us via phone or email. We’ll help you find the next available time.
What is the cancellation policy?
To help us maintain this standard of service, please review the updated booking and cancellation policy below:
- Cancellation Notice: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for all cancellations. Same-day cancellations will result in a forfeited deposit.
- - Cancellation Limit: A maximum of three cancellations is permitted. Exceeding this limit will result in being blocked from future bookings.
- No-Call/No-Show: Failing to show up for an appointment without notice will result in an immediate block from booking.
